In Barcelona, Kelli Bedrossian met the Catalan ceramist Joan Artigas, who, like his father, had worked with Miro, Picasso, and other grand artists. She subsequently attended Artigas’s workshop in Gallifa in order to learn the secrets of ceramics.
In this universe inhabited by the modern artists of her illustrious elders, Kelli sculpted and discovered the alchemy of enamels.
The result of this exercise was a complete series of creations, including plates and silhouettes, representing just the beginning of the work with ceramics which Kelli continues to practice in her workshop.
